When you wake up and only you have a couple of minutes to spare, instead of postponing the awakening GET UP AND STRETCH! Even if you are in a hurry there is a way for you to do your daily training.
Perhaps with a lower intensity and shorter duration, but it will pay off.
Each of these exercises will take you less than 5 minutes and will bring you one step closer to the desired shape :)
1. Energy yoga
This rapid and subtle yoga exercise will help you to open the chest and straighten your back. Sit on a hard surface, place your feet in starting yoga position and close your eyes. Breathe in and breathe out a few times and put a good stretch on your back. Feel how your blood flows through the body and prepare for the upcoming day.
2. Tighten the buttocks while you brush your teeth
You don't have to stand while you brush your teeth, but this time use it for a short exercise. Stand straight with odds and lower down until it burns :) Do it every morning
3. Abdominal exercises
Lie on the floor and bend the legs skyward. Pull one knee toward your chest and stretch with your head toward the knee. You can do this in your bad while awakening.
