What is a healthy diet?


If we read, watch or listen to nutritionist and experts for healthy food, we will get that any food is beneficial or harmful for something. One kind of food for a certain person with a certain medical or physical predisposition is helpful, but for others who has the opposite predisposition can be detrimental.

For example, the food that is rich in protein is useful for people who want to reduce the percentage of body fat and increase the percentage of muscle mass, but it is harmful for people who have certain problem with kidneys.

So one thing is certain that we should not blindly stick to the recommendation and advice that often we perceive from the media, but we need to educate ourselves  and find out what could be defined as healthy and beneficial for us.
