7 tips how to maintain your weight



For sure you’ve been on many diets and you even lost some weight, and then after the diet is over ...thank good right? :D You found yourself sitting at home eating chips and other junk food snacks, barbecue and a delicious dessert.
This way you throw in trash all counting of calories, all of the weight that you so hard tried to lose is already fully back. To avoid this kind of situations because let’s face it, they happen often. I’ll give you a couple of tips how make sure you get rid of these nasty habits. How to maintain your weight, to keep your body and health into shape and even to lose a bit more.
-          Cut back on eating meals at restaurants etc. – Some people on every days bases eat out, either is junk food or really big diner. If you allow yourself something like this only ones a week, or instead of pasta you order some kind of salad with a bit of chicken meat for sure you would lose 2,5lbs in a mount.

-          When grocery shopping, AVOID UNHEALTHY SNACKS! – If in your house you don’t have any chips, pop corns or peanuts, for sure you won’t go back and forward all the times to the grocery just because you have cravings.

-          Eat from small plates  - You are so hungry, you like everything and you can help it but overfilling your plate. In that case take a small plate fill it up so your cravings for everything will be satisfied and for sure you won’t be hungry after. Apply the same procedure when eating out, don’t choose big meals and satisfied yourself with smaller portions.

-          Late diner-NO!  -  Do not eat after 6 pm – this is a rule. Even if you brake the rule ones in a while it’s not a big deal you will be still losing weight.

-          Reward yourself with your favorite desert- Ones in a while make sure that you collect your reward by eating something that will make your heart melt.

-          Make a play list of your favorite songs- On your IPod or mp3 put songs that keep you moving and with your headphones on go to the gym or go for a run. Your songs will keep you motivated and you will not like to stop until you had finished your play list ;)

-          Lose weight while you are doing your chores – If you have in mind some kind of exercise  you can implemented in a various ways during the day . For example, dance while doing the dishes or while commercials are on do a couple of push ups or jumping jacks.
