8 Useful advice's for losing weight instead of dieting



It's a known fact that sooner or later in life we will try some kind of diet. Some people will have results and some not. No one so far has done a research for the amount of failed and  unsuccessful diets, witch in general they are ending up in short term losing weight.

  In case that you are trying to keep yourself in shape, read this ways that will turn out to be great           for burning fat.

1.      At least 5 or 10 minutes before you have a meal , drink a glass of water or some kind of other              healthy drink. In that way you will have a full tummy and you will eat less.

2.      If you are eating bread  or other carbohydrates, please try that to be a combination of  whole grains.

3.      Replace all of the soda and sweet drinks with water. If you need a some kind a flavor add a few  drops of lemon in water. And there you go :)

4.      If you have a habit all the time to chew something. Try with a chewing gum. Most of them don't   have more then 10 calories. But do not over do it and take care of your teeth.

5.       Ones a week let yourself have a high calorie meal, I know you will enjoy it the most :)

6.       Try to avoid milk. Its full with not healthy hormones.

7.       Avoid fried food. If you can not contain yourself, try using coconut oil.

8.       Exercise should be a part of your daily routine. Walk, run every activity counts!

The desire, commitment and the will are necessary for you to achieve your goals and you have to remember that maintaining your shape is not a quick solution, it's a lifestyle that can not function without exercise.
